BRAVO EUROPE – INVESTS MASSIVELY IN THE PRODUCTION FACILITY AND LOGISTICS CENTER IN FUNDULEA, Romania

The BRAVO Europe branch in Romania produces and delivers for over 600 customers from SE Europe, the distribution area covered by the logistics platform in Romania being mainly composed of: Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria but also countries such as Germany, Sweden or Austria. Over 160 qualified employees serve the markets of this region from our headquarters in Fundulea. In the context of the accelerated growth of sales, but also of the needs of our customers, the company aims to offer even more value to partners and consumers, but also to significantly increase its production capacity, logistics and team.

BRAVO Europa SRL acts according to a vision at European level, supported by a continuous and ambitious local expansion. The entire development strategy is based on an investment program of over 3 million euros in expanding production and storage spaces and capacities, complemented by the implementation of a new much better IT system and ambitious investments in the professional training of the entire BRAVO team. In this regard, the company is also considering a significant increase in the number of employees, estimating a staff increase of 15% in 2021.

For 2021 we make significant investments especially in team, logistics center, production growth and optimization and digitization (over EUR 2.5 million):

– Expansion of production hall by 30%, new packaging line and production flow optimization;

– Construction of new storage hall – 3600 sqm

– Digitization – maximizing performance, increased service level and efficiency by implementing an ultra-high-performance ERP system

– Employee development – Our most important resource, our colleagues, will benefit from major investments in training and motivation, especially through specific professional training; certifications and programs for the development of managerial skills.
